If you think about the cost per hour that an employee is to the company and all the time wasted sitting in hotels, airports and traffic because the normal scheduled flight does not fit into your schedule then you are on your way to understanding corporate charter.

How do you go about booking a charter?
It's easy all you need to do is contact us and have the following information available:
- Where would like to depart and what is your destination
- When would you would like to travel
- How many passengers are travelling and what type of luggage, any special requirements or disabilities
- Would like a jet, turboprop or piston twin
- From here we will quote accordingly. Once you are happy with the quote we will send you the flight confirmation agreement. 100% payment in advance is usually required. Once this is completed, arrangements should be discussed
- A full passenger list will be needed as well as passport details where applicable
- Contact numbers and transportation arrangements to and from the airport
- Catering and any dietary requirements
And of course meeting places for the crew and passengers.
On the day of the flight you will be briefed by the crew about the weather en route and at the final destination as well as emergency procedures in the aircraft.
Post flight you will be contacted to find out if the service you received was to your satisfaction.
